Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription with automatic renewal. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and changes work. All subscription and recurring-billing terms, including price, billing frequency, renewal amount, and what each shipment contains, are disclosed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions
Some Eterna products are offered on a subscription basis with automatic renewal. By starting a subscription, you agree to the terms below.
Free Hair Growth Oil gift offer
With a qualifying purchase, you may choose to add one bottle of Eterna Hair Growth Oil to your order as a free gift. The gift is optional. Accepting it enrolls you in the Eterna Monthly Auto-Ship subscription on the terms below.
- Your first bottle is free. You are not charged for the bottle included with your initial order.
- Renewals. Beginning 30 days after your initial order, and every 30 days after that, we ship one bottle of Hair Growth Oil and charge your payment method $29.99 plus $6.95 shipping ($36.94 per shipment, plus any applicable tax).
- Until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
- Declining the gift. If you do not want a subscription, do not add the free gift to your order. Our other products can be purchased on their own.
The renewal price, frequency, and first renewal date are shown at checkout before you confirm and in your order confirmation email. Please review them so you know exactly what you will receive and be charged on each renewal.
How billing works
The payment method you use at checkout is charged automatically at the start of each 30-day billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The amount, frequency, and contents of each shipment are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
No minimum term
Eterna subscriptions have no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time, including before your first renewal. If you cancel before your first renewal date, you will not be charged, and the free bottle is yours to keep.
Cancelling or changing your subscription
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. There is no need to call or wait. The fastest way is to manage it yourself in your subscription portal, which is also linked in your order confirmation email and your account. If you need help, email us at eternaofficial2@gmail.com. We will send you your portal link, and if you have any trouble or would rather we handle it, we will cancel it for you.
To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund charges already billed (see our Refund Policy).
Account maintenance
We may make limited adjustments to subscriptions where necessary to correct billing errors, process renewals accurately, or keep your account in good standing. We will notify you by email before any change to your subscription price or any other material change takes effect.
Questions or problems with a charge
If you ever see a charge you don't recognize or believe is in error, please contact us first at eternaofficial2@gmail.com. We resolve the large majority of billing questions quickly and will work with you in good faith to make it right. We maintain records of your subscription enrollment and your agreement to these terms.
